Meeting Room
For room and meeting privacy, the door (center of the picture) has been relocated. The adjacent room that can be viewed through the very door is now completely sealed off but it is accessed via rear porch. Notice that all doors and windows are also given a thorough work by removing 4 layers of paints (remember its more than 60 years old), it is now being revived to its teak glory.
Regretfully the original floor must go. Most part of flooring area has lost its integrity due to partial sinking.
For classroom meeting purpose the 51.4 mtr2 area could be squeezed to accommodate approximately 50 people.
Huge decision will shortly be required as to whether the meeting room can be equipped with a/c?
